Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Allen Badley 871FM-D8NP25-P3 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Allen-Badley products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bald-Eagle-Lifts parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Allen-Badley product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Allen-Badley such as the 871TH2A12 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the blackmaxproximityrpd manufactured by Bald-Eagle-Lifts and we are pleased to be able to service most Bald-Eagle-Lifts systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 871ZBW10N30R3 by Manufacturer Allen-Badley as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Balluff Brand BES516548S4H in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Anderson such as SR077G005G1100 equipment made by Anderson have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Anderson products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Anderson" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available BOS18MPALD10S4 made by Balluff as well as the popular 873ERDTT0750A2 original spares produced by Allen-Badley

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M484L by Avitron and SR077G005G1100 spares by Anderson are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BES5163005E4CS49003 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Balluff.
